We know that burnout and employee dissatisfaction can lead to loss of productivity and morale. Wicked Agility envisions a world where individuals are content at their workplace or community. They are inspired and excited by their work. We want to address problems at the source and create a workforce that can collaborate effectively to stop burnout from the start.

Our goal is to break team members away from their perspectives and move towards creating workplaces that are collaborative and driven by passion.

30 Years of Experience

Joanne is an expert agile coach, leadership coach, executive, and a mentor to the Agile Community. Her expertise in agile practices, team building, leadership coaching, conflict management, and leading others has allowed her to create teams that make a real impact.

Joanne is fearless. She doesn’t shy away from conflict and isn’t afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what is right. She looks out for the underdog and those who are afraid to stand up. She believes that every person deserves a seat at the table and has something important to contribute. Joanne wholeheartedly believes that connected teams can change the way we solve problems. It’s why she created Wicked Agility.
