About Marjolein Pilon

Marjolein is a freelance Scrum Master from the Netherlands, currently serving two teams at Rabobank. She loves to inspire other agile enthusiasts and write blogs about creative team sessions she facilitate for teams. She's also passionate about planet earth (our most important stakeholder!) and is raising awareness in the scrum community to become more carbon efficient.

Marjolein's dream is to be part of a worldwide movement of scrum teams that view the planet as their most important stakeholder, that are actively reducing their carbon footprint and share knowledge on how to do that.
