Wicked & Agile Interview: Aldo Rall

In this Wicked & Agile Interview, we'll be speaking with consultant and agility coach, Aldo Rall. During COVID lockdowns and mandates, Aldo volunteered to support a group of teachers recently unemployed, to help them charter a new community offering tutoring to children in remote settings. During the time he worked with them, he faced three challenges that he used agility to help him with:

1. The group required clarity on how to achieve their goal.

2. It was very difficult for the teachers to focus on where to start.

3. Translating industry process and practices to people that are not used to working in that context.

We’re looking forward to diving into this rich conversation with Aldo to learn more. Join us!
