This is NOT another typical leadership course!

In this six-month program, you will bring your wicked problem to the table to learn how to approach and solve the challenges you face as a leader who wants to make a meaningful impact. The wicked problem can relate to your team, your strategy, your organization as a whole, your community, and/or yourself. A wicked problem is simply a challenge that, when solved, will significantly impact others' lives, not just your own.

The program aims to unleash your best leadership self by systematically traversing the problem itself with our Wicked Agility Methodology. The philosophy behind the curriculum proposes taking you on a journey to support a greater cause and bring about personal and professional growth by addressing a gnarly and complex issue.

Outcomes of the Program

By the end of this transformative program, you will gain the skills and insights to:
  • Make a meaningful impact as a leader 
  • Understand and engage with your cause, minimizing shame, blame, guilt, or justification to do activities aligned with your cause
  • Free yourself of the frustration of endlessly wrestling with your wicked problems

  • Learn how to architect great spaces where humans can connect, feel safe with one another, have fun, and do the best work of their lives
  • Understand and feel what self-integrity is and that you step into self-authoring a life you want

Rather than leading you through six months of an utterly pre-built set of modules, our interactive group sessions will be shaped to cater to the group’s unique needs.

This group will become your community, a community that – along with your leader – you will learn from and apply tailored approaches to work on your own Wicked Problem.
